“Community Open Track”

• The Northwestern Lehigh School District Track will be open for public use operating under the following schedule:
  • June 15 – September 6 (weekdays only) from 7AM - 2:45PM.
    • Facility will be opened and closed by Grounds Department.
  • September 7 – September 30 (weekdays only) from 7AM – 7PM.
    • Facility will be opened by Grounds Department and closed by Safety/Security Monitor.
  • October 1 – October 25 (weekdays only) from 7AM – 5PM.
    • Facility will be opened by Grounds Department and closed by Safety/Security Monitor.
  • The Track will not be available from October 25 – June 15.

• Let it be known that the Northwestern Lehigh School District will not provide supervision for this activity and users will be utilizing this facility under their own risk.

• The facility will only be open on weekdays.  The facility will be closed for community use on weekends, holidays, and days in which there is a home venue in the stadium (i.e. football games, soccer games, practices, etc).

• Bathroom facilities will not be available during these hours of use.

• Signs will be displayed stating “Use at your own risk”.  Please be advised that additional maintenance will not be done on the track other that general maintenance to address safety concerns (i.e. no water removal, no grooming, etc.).

• No one is permitted to be on the bleachers or on the turf during these “open track hours”.  The track should be the only facility in use.

• The Northwestern Lehigh School District reserves the right to close this facility whenever it deems appropriate.
